Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

United Framework is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects exclusively in the residential sector.

This role requires hands‑on project oversight, from pre‑construction planning to final handover. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure that residential projects meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations—while upholding high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

• Plan, schedule, and manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers focused on residential builds
• Monitor project progress, budget control, and timeline tracking for residential developments
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality assurance on residential sites
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, vendors, and project teams for residential projects
• Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation related to residential construction
• Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions specific to residential builds
• Ensure residential permits, codes, and regulations are followed

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and residential construction timelines
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management platforms

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In‑depth knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for residential projects
• OSHA safety certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to residential project sites
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
