• Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and faith-centered environment for children from infants to preschool age
• Hire, Supervise and support teaching staff, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth in early childhood education practices
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate Christian teachings, childhood development principles, and social-emotional learning
• Coordinate parent communication, including updates on children's progress and faith-based activities
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, including first aid protocols and emergency procedures
• Oversee enrollment processes, maintain accurate records, and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal classroom coverage
• Promote a positive team culture focused on compassion, respect, and teamwork aligned with Christian values

• Extensive experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Strong classroom management skills to foster discipline while nurturing creativity and independence
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education
• Experience with special education needs or working with children with disabilities is highly desirable
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are required; additional training in behavior management or caregiving is a plus
• Proven ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a warm, compassionate approach
• Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, staff, and community members in a respectful and uplifting manner

The base salary for this position is $50,000 with escalators based on attendance metrics.

A degree in early education and/or daycare management experience is required.
