Associate Civil Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform site development and design work for assigned projects.
• Prepare site design plans for client review and submission to local jurisdictions.
• Create site layouts, zoning plans, site gradings, stormwater management calculations, and reports for land development submissions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams and disciplines.
• Complete additional tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in engineering, preferably in land and or site design projects.

• FE / EIT certification.
• Experience with greenfield or land development projects.
• Knowledge of storm sewer design, sanitary sewer design, waterline layout, and grading.
• Experience with stormwater management, hydrology, and hydraulics modeling tools.
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD/Civil 3D; additional CADD experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to prepare site plan packages for submission to local jurisdictions.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
