Registered Dietitian - Part-Time | Berryville, VA

Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a registered dietitian to support a long-term care facility in Berryville, VA for 8 hours/week.

• Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
• Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team
• Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
• Completing MDS, including Section K and Section V (CAA)
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
• Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
