Responsibilities
Our Clinical Department is currently welcoming a PRN Acute Therapist!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
- Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
- Attend weekly clinical supervision. Coordinate multifamily/group/family education groups.
- Staff training, as needed.
- On call/weekend coverage, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility.

Qualifications- Minimum of a Master’s degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, education).
- Preferred:
Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling. Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC. - Experience with children and adolescents.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Subject to pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
