• The Social Worker assists plans, organizes, and directs programs that facilitate the social, psychological, and physiological well-being of each resident; provides direct resident and family support; and acts as a resident advocate.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Within the last five years, must have one year of supervised social work experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
• Must have valid Virginia driver's license
