Pay Rate: $25 - $26 per hour

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support students in a school setting in Leesburg, VA. This role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy working with children and adolescents and want a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule & Assignment Details

• Shift: 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM
• Workdays:
  Monday - Friday (no weekends)
• Hours per Week: 40 hrs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to students with medical and personal care needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor student health and report any concerns to the school nurse or designated staff
• Support students in the classroom and throughout the school day as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for students
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in Virginia
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or in a school/educational setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion, patience, and a student-focused attitude
