Behavioral Framework invites candidates to join as an In Home Caregiver, contributing to transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy delivered in the home setting.

• Free Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training and Certification
• Flexible part‑time hours within a structured afternoon/evening schedule (3:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., 4–5 weekdays)
• Free virtual medical care through Teledoc Health for eligible dependents
• Opportunities for growth and promotion in a year‑round role
• $23 /hour, higher for previously RBT certified staff
• Bonus structure and regular monetary incentives

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in a home setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans and deliver data‑based coaching to families
• Track data, write progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor

• Experience working with children and families in a home or community setting
• High School diploma or equivalent educational background
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (car required)
• Access to a mobile device and proficiency with technology platforms such as Zoom and email
• Physical ability to perform ABA therapy activities (kneeling, squatting, crouching,, standing)
• Visual acuity sufficient to complete written documentation accurately
• Excellent verbal communication skills for receiving and delivering instruction
• Availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., within the structured schedule
