As a Payroll & HRIS Manager, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. • Manage and process company payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Over all payroll activities including wage calculations, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.
• Administer and maintain HR/payroll systems, implementing upgrades and troubleshooting issues.
• Stay up to date on payroll tax laws and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.

• Proven experience in payroll systems and HRIS management.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process improvement and automation.
