This is a non-benefited W2 hourly position. This position does not include any company sponsored benefits such as health benefits or PTO.

Yudrio is looking for a Recruiting Outreach Assistant to help us find, contact, and build relationships with potential job candidates. This role is focused on outreach, communication, and relationship-building. You will identify potential candidates, call them, introduce them to Yudrio, learn more about what they may be looking for, and stay in touch over time. Because Yudrio supports federal clients, hiring needs can come in quickly.

This role helps us maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates we already know and can reconnect with when new opportunities become available.

• Search for potential candidates using Yudrio's existing candidate database and other approved online databases.
• Make outbound calls to introduce candidates to Yudrio and learn more about their experience and career interests.
• Build relationships with candidates instead of only contacting them when we have an immediate opening.
• Keep Yudrio at the front of candidates' minds by staying in touch and creating a positive experience.
• Periodically follow up with candidates you have already spoken with to see if anything has changed in their job search, availability, or career goals.
• Identify candidates who may be a good fit for current or future opportunities.
• Keep clear notes on conversations, candidate interests, and follow-up needs.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to help maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline.

Before speaking with candidates, you will be expected to take time to understand Yudrio and what we do. You will review:

• Yudrio's website
• Company capabilities and services
• The types of federal projects we support
• The types of positions we typically hire for
• Supporting materials provided by the recruiting or leadership team

You should be comfortable explaining who Yudrio is, what we do, and why someone may want to work with us. The goal is not to memorize a script. We want you to understand the company well enough to have natural, informed conversations.

Success in this role is not just about making a high number of phone calls. We are looking for someone who can:

• Create positive relationships with potential candidates.
• Keep in touch with strong candidates over time.
• Identify when a candidate may be ready for a new opportunity.
• Keep candidates engaged so Yudrio remains top of mind.
• Help the recruiting team maintain a steady pipeline of people who can be contacted when new federal client requirements come in.

Federal contracting can move quickly. New hiring needs may come in with short timelines. The Recruiting Outreach Assistant helps us prepare before those needs arise. By continuously finding, speaking with, and building relationships with potential candidates, you help ensure Yudrio has a strong group of people we can reach out to when the right opportunity becomes available.
