the it technician ii provides tier 1 technical support to loudoun county health department staff across multiple physical locations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining day-to-day operational continuity, especially during the upcoming electronic health record implementation, and serves as the first point of contact for basic it support needs.

high school diploma or equivalent; four (4) years of related technical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• associate's degree
• experience supporting microsoft 365 environments

• must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• must pass background checks for criminal, credit, and driving history.
• fingerprinting and associated background check is required.
