Immigration Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and a demonstrated ability to support attorneys with document preparation, client communication, and case management.

Prepare USCIS and EOIR filings including asylum applications, waivers, motions, and adjustment packages

Draft affidavits, organize supporting evidence, and communicate with clients in a timely and respectful manner

Maintain and update case management software and case tracking systems
