Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department seeks an experienced ED Nurse. Full‑time, days; 3‑12‑hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with rotating weekends. This role is eligible for a sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance.

• 35‑50 patients a day, with approximately 20% pediatric patients
• 3‑4:1 patient to nurse ratio

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
• Conduct all patient care in a patient and family‑centered manner.
• Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.
• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

• Experience:
  
  1 year as a Registered Nurse in a critical care unit or completion of a critical care fellowship.
• Education:
  
  BSN or AD. If RN has an AD, within 2 years from date of hire, they must meet with their nurse leader and provide a written plan with anticipated BSN completion date and submit a review of transcripts.
• License:
  Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse or active multi‑state RN license.
• Certification: BLS from AHA;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support within 6 months for critical care units;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months for pediatric units.

• Experience:
  
  Two (2) or more years Emergency Department (ED) as a Registered Nurse.
• Skills:
  
  Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proficient computer skills.
