Registered Nurse (RN) Addictions Intensive Outpatient Part Time
Inova Behavioral Health Services is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Registered Nurse to join the team at our Loudoun Clinic. The clinic is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and nurse hours will vary based on IOP group scheduling.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse Outpatient provides safe and therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way in a physician practice or other outpatient setting. The role integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families, includes patient and family education, achieves desired patient outcomes through an integrated approach, incorporates data and information to improve care and enhance outcomes, and provides direction and guidance to others as a resource, preceptor, and mentor.

BSN or ADN (if ADN must complete BSN within 5 years of starting date) - BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required
- RN license, eligible to practice in Virginia
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, a caring demeanor toward others, and proficient computer skills
- Experience dealing with substance use withdrawal
- Inpatient experience in med/surg or critical care
