Join Mission Pet Health as a Kennel Assistant at Old Mill Boarding Kennel and Grooming in Leesburg, VA. This role focuses on providing personalized care for boarding and daycare animals, supporting the medical team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Provide personalized care: ensure proper feeding, exercise, and attention for boarding and daycare pets.
• Monitor animals’ behavior and health: observe and promptly notify the medical team of any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennel areas, runs, and outside grounds.
• Manage operations: keep inventory of food and cleaning supplies, coordinate tasks with the team, and maintain overall resort efficiency.

• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude with the ability to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, good judgment, and composure in stressful situations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform demanding tasks.
• Preferred prior experience as a kennel assistant. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
