We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish a collaborative team, drive performance, and provide outstanding service. We are looking for someone who can lead, tackle problems, seek help when appropriate, and mentor their team. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities- Lead the shift, establish a cohesive team, and work to increase profits while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Take the initiative to tackle problems, seek assistance when appropriate, and mentor team members.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
