Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, you will drive sales outcomes, analyze the business, and deliver best‑in‑class customer service. Daily responsibilities include overseeing store operations, managing opening and closing routines, ensuring operational effectiveness, and fostering an engaging customer experience. You will also lead creative initiatives through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, while serving as a talent leader—recruiting, training, engaging, and developing store staff.
