We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations at our Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets (Leesburg, VA) location. Our Store Managers are key drivers of business success, prioritizing customer experience and operational excellence. They ensure a clean, well‑organized store that meets visual merchandising standards and lead a team that exceeds sales goals.

• Two or more years of successful retail supervisory experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Post‑secondary education encouraged; a retail management degree a plus.
• Exceptional leadership skills and sales ability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills that promote effective sales and customer relations.
• Solid recruiting and hiring skills to build motivated sales talent.
• Proven success in training and developing associates in a sales/service‑driven culture.
• Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capitalizing on a fun and exciting work environment that attracts both employees and shoppers.

• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure the team follows suit.
• Maximize profitability through high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain a positive customer experience by keeping all areas clean and presenting merchandise to visual standards.
