Sales Representative – Shenandoah Valley – Endoscopy

Join Stryker as a Sales Representative in the Shenandoah Valley, focusing on Endoscopy product lines.

What You Will Do

As a Stryker Endoscopy Sales Representative, you will be a trusted partner in brilliant visualization and unrivaled connected OR solutions. You will promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products, educate healthcare professionals, and support product application.

Responsibilities
  • Promotes and sells Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
  • Educates doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
  • Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.
  • May assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Reports to regional manager on territory progress regularly.
  • Solves product problems for customers promptly.
  • May assist in training and development of sales personnel.
  • Experience and Skills Required
    • 2—5 years in an outside sales position (medical related experience preferred).
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus five years of commercial sales or medical field experience with operating room exposure.
    • Ability to negotiate price and terms of transactions.
    • Fundamental understanding of Stryker products and ability to disseminate knowledge.
    • Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills.
    • Ability to analyze and prioritize market potential based on call patterns.
    • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication with large groups via telephone and electronic means.
    • Proficiency with common office equipment (smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, Outlook).
    • Physical capacity:
      Exert up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently; up to 20% overnight travel annually.
    • Valid driver’s license.
