Yudrio Inc is hiring a Sales Specialist - Talent Acquisition to help skilled professionals discover new career opportunities. This hybrid role in Leesburg, VA combines outbound sales outreach with close coordination with the recruitment team to move candidates through the hiring pipeline.
What you can expect- Flexible schedule with twice per week on-site time in Leesburg, VA.
- Paid training and ongoing coaching to support your development in sales and talent acquisition conversations.
- Performance-based earning potential with an hourly rate plus $500 bonus for every successful hire
, subject to the bonus plan.
- Place outbound calls to prospective candidates to generate interest in career opportunities.
- Use sales techniques to engage individuals who may not be actively searching for a new job.
- Deliver clear, persuasive pitches that communicate Yudrio's value proposition
. - Build rapport and establish trust to maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and influence decision-making during conversations.
- Follow up consistently to move interested prospects forward in the recruitment pipeline.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to convert conversations into successful hires.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or outbound calling
. - Comfort with cold calls and initiating conversations.
- Ability to handle objections and turn "not interested" into a meaningful discussion.
- Strong phone presence with persuasive, energetic, and confident communication.
- Enjoyment of working toward measurable goals and earning performance-based incentives
. - The ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Location: Leesburg, VA (hybrid); twice per week on-site.
- Employment type: W2 hourly.
- Compensation: Hourly rate + $500 bonus for every successful hire, subject to the bonus plan.
- Benefits eligibility: Ineligible for company sponsored benefits.
- Ability to commute: Leesburg, VA 20176 (required).
