As a Security Officer - Hospital Entry Patrol in Leesburg, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. This is a Part‑Time role. You will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, deliver exceptional customer service and communication, and uphold core values.

• Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
• Job Schedule: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors following security procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to maintain a visible presence.
• Document and report incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences per protocols.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of site‑specific rules.
• Support emergency response activities and coordinate with healthcare staff and first responders.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Vaccines required for hospital assignments.
• State, county, or city issued security license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
