We are looking for a Service Electrician to handle a variety of residential electrical tasks. In this role, you will troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes. You will diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs or replacements, and communicate effectively with homeowners to explain problems and solutions. Strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service are key to succeeding in this position.

• Perform residential service work by diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems, identifying issues, and executing repairs to restore functionality.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain electrical problems, present repair or replacement options, and provide clear recommendations.
• Handle physical demands such as pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects safely.
• Perform basic wiring tasks, including installing disconnects, whips, branch circuits, breakers, and other electrical accessories.
• Utilize knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in the electrical trade.
• Apply knowledge of electrical codes and regulations to ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and national standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Over 2 years of electrical experience, preferably in residential projects.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Climb ladders, access attics, navigate tight spaces, drive, enter crawlspaces, push, carry, pull, use hand tools, and perform fine detail work.
• Be able to drive.
• Work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear, both in person and by telephone.
• Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
• Work regularly at extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, and in adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice, or snow.
