Join to apply for the Group Fitness Instructor role at F45 Training Ashburn.
We are seeking energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, and charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Training Cookes Crossing team. F45 Trainers lead classes, working closely with members to provide an exceptional F45 experience.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver the F45 Training experience during class
- Collaborate with team on goals
- Ensure member safety, correct exercise performance, and motivation
- Demonstrate exercises with modifications as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, energetic studio
Experience & Skills:
- Current Personal Training and CPR/AED certifications (required)
- 2+ years of personal/group training experience (preferred)
- Prioritize safety and corrective movement
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Warm, upbeat, people-focused attitude
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends
