• Lead, inspire, and motivate members by demonstrating proper technique of pre‑defined workouts and assisting members in setting and achieving goals.
• Explain exercises clearly, ensuring participants understand form and technique, and offer modifications for varying fitness levels or limitations.
• Manage class dynamics by creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere, fostering community, and maintaining smooth transitions between exercises.
• Understand the science behind Orange theory workouts, particularly heart‑rate interval training.
• Prioritize safety by monitoring movements, correcting improper form, addressing safety concerns, and maintaining a clean, hazard‑free environment. Be prepared to administer basic first aid if necessary.
• Maintain consistent member engagement and promote outreach activities.

• Current fitness certification from an OTF‑approved company (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFAA, or NFPT).
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication.
• Capability to train all fitness levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise‑related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching group or personal training in the fitness industry.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Physical ability to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.
