Archytes Overheidsprofessionals zoekt een ervaren toezichthouder Bouw voor detachering bij gemeenten en omgevingsdiensten in Friesland. Je houdt toezicht op bouwprojecten, beoordeelt bouwplannen en geeft professioneel advies naar handhavingspartners.
De functie vraagt minimaal een MBO/HBO-diploma bouwkunde of juridisch domein, minimaal 3 jaar ervaring en ABW-1 (ABW-2 is een pré). Een rijbewijs B is vereist; hybride werken is mogelijk en er zijn goede pensioen- en opleidingsmogelijkheden.
