Klant Contact Diensten (KCD) biedt in Leeuwarden een hybride rol aan als Online Klantenservice Medewerker. Je werkt minimaal 2 dagen op kantoor en de resterende dagen vanuit huis.
Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen over schade- en zorgverzekeringen, betalingen en servicevragen via chat en e-mail. Ervaring in klantcontact is gewenst en je kunt rekenen op coaching en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
