Belastingdienst in Leeuwarden zoekt een klantenservice medewerker die inwoners helpt met vragen over inkomstenbelasting. Je start met een betaalde training van 14 weken en leert stap voor stap alle processen. Na de opleiding werk je 24–36 uur per week met vaste tijden en een focus op service en duidelijkheid.
Geen ervaring vereist met belastingzaken; wel een mbo 3 diploma en goede beheersing van het Nederlands. Salaris en extras staan beschreven in de vacature.
