Als klantadviseur bij het UWV in Leeuwarden ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die vragen hebben over hun uitkeringen. Je werkt in een team dat zich richt op maatschappelijke impact en een sterke focus op persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Hier krijg je de kans om te groeien en mensen te helpen waar nodig.
Wat je gaat doen:- Je beantwoordt vragen en biedt oplossingen voor klanten;
- Je licht wet- en regelgeving helder toe aan klanten;
- Je voert administratieve taken uit en ondersteunt bij complexe gevallen;
- Minimaal een MBO4-diploma;
- Beschikbaarheid van maandag t/m vrijdag i.v.m. wisselende werkdagen per week;
- Bereidheid tot een 6-weekse training van 32 uur;
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
