Firda zoekt een bevlogen docent voor de opleiding Veiligheid en Vakmanschap (VeVa) binnen het team Orde & Veiligheid. Je motiveert en begeleidt studenten, stemt het onderwijs af op leerbehoeften en creëert een leeromgeving waarin iedereen gesteund en gestimuleerd wordt.
Je verzorgt theorie- en praktijklessen, ontwikkelt lesmateriaal en evalueert studentprestaties. Daarnaast coach je studenten bij opdrachten en help je bij een mogelijke Defensie-carrière, met zorg voor voortgang en correcte
