Samenvijf zoekt een Tactisch Adviseur Inkoop die expert is in aanbestedingen en intern strategisch en operationeel inkoopadvies geeft binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. Je begeleidt EU-aanbestedingen, stelt aanbestedingsdocumenten op en verbetert inkoopprocessen.
Daarnaast adviseer je interne klanten, ondersteun je spendanalyses en managementinformatie en draag je bij aan doorontwikkeling van inkoopbeleid, procedures en tooling.
