Lidl Nederland zoekt een assistent supermarktmanager die samen met collega’s werkt aan een goed georganiseerd filiaal. Je verzorgt de dagplanning, brieft het team en stuurt bij waar nodig, zodat de winkel er altijd netjes uitziet en klanten tevreden de deur uitgaan.
Je bent praktisch ingesteld, communicatief sterk en betrouwbaar, met MBO-niveau en bij voorkeur enige leidinggevende ervaring. Je werkt graag mee op de winkelvloer en motiveert het team voor lange termijn ontwikkeling.
