Fier zoekt een enthousiaste nachtdienstmedewerker voor de afdeling Blijf in Leeuwarden. Je bent tijdens de nacht op locatie, waakt in de groep en houdt toezicht op sfeer en veiligheid en zorgt voor naleving van afspraken.
Je ondersteunt cliënten, signaleert crisissituaties en voert administratieve en schoonmaaktaken uit ter ondersteuning van het team. Vereist is een MBO diploma niveau 4 richting zorg/hulpverlening of HBO-studie; BHV is gewenst of bereid dit te halen.
