Zorgplein Noord in Leeuwarden zoekt een Gezinsbehandelaar (IAG/STW) voor 24 - 36 uur per week. Je biedt ambulante ondersteuning aan gezinnen met diverse problemen zoals gedrags- en opvoedproblemen.
Je komt te werken binnen een dynamisch team van SKJ geregistreerde professionals. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de CAO Jeugdzorg, schaal 9 of 10 op basis van ervaring, met mogelijkheden tot flexibel werken.
