GGZ Friesland zoekt een activiteitenbegeleider voor Reactivering in Leeuwarden. Je begeleidt deelnemers met psychiatrische stoornissen en psychosociale problematiek in atelier en productieomgeving. Je stimuleert zelfstandig werken, biedt ondersteuning bij leerdoelen en werkt vanuit herstelplannen.
Je werkt in een betrokken team, krijgt ruimte om mee te denken en bouwt aan creatieve ontwikkeling en arbeidsmatige activiteiten. Het contract is voor een jaar met kans op vast dienstverband.
