Jados zoekt een ambulant begeleider autisme voor 16-24 uur voor de regio Leeuwarden. Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun weg naar zelfstandigheid en werkt samen met het team aan ontwikkelingsdoelen.
Een praktijkgerichte aanpak en maximale ruimte voor eigen invulling staan centraal. Het betreft een 12-maanden contract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband, inclusief vakantiegeld, eindejaarsuitkering, verlof en reiskostenvergoeding.
