GGZ Friesland zoekt een begeleider voor Mind Up Jongvolwassenen op twee locaties in Leeuwarden. Je werkt met jongvolwassenen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en richt je op herstel, eigen regie en samenwerking met behandelaren en netwerken. Je bouwt vanaf intake een sterke vertrouwensband op, coacht woonbegeleiders en denkt in mogelijkheden.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao GGZ; salaris min. €3.560,- en max.
