Leger des Heils in Leeuwarden zoekt een ambulant begeleider Jeugd en Gezin om gezinnen in hun eigen omgeving te ondersteunen. Je gaat op huisbezoek, bouwt een vertrouwensband op en werkt samen aan duurzame verandering met kracht en kansen van elk gezin.
Je werkt zelfstandig maar maakt deel uit van het basisteam en krijgt ruimte om je eigen agenda te organiseren. Een rijbewijs en vervoer zijn vereist; je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar en reist door de provincie Friesland.
