Executive Assistant – Pattern®
We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operations Officer, President – Pattern Creators & Social Commerce, and President of Pattern PXM. The role is based in Lehi, Utah and requires on‑site presence five days a week.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Serve as a key support system for the COO, Presidents and their teams.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments to optimize executive time.
- Proactively prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and host visitors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Plan and execute company events from conception to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills.
- A detail‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated work ethic.
- High ethical standards and a proven commitment to confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other C‑Suite Executive Assistants and receive mentorship from the Senior Executive Assistant.
- Data‑driven, results‑oriented environment that values proactive problem‑solving.
