What This Role Is AboutThe Mail Clerk is an entry-level position focused on handling and distributing mail accurately and on time. No prior healthcare experience is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed. This role is ideal for someone dependable who enjoys routine tasks and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail with labels and postage
- Help log incoming checks and packages
- Deliver mail to the correct departments or team members
- Assist with simple office tasks as needed
Follow company guidelines for accuracy and confidentiality
- No previous experience required — training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and following routines
- Basic computer skills (Excel experience is a plus, but not required)
- Able to lift and carry packages within reasonable limits
- Stable, consistent schedule
- Supportive and team-oriented environment
