**** Job Overview
** The Site Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
** Roles & Responsibilities
** To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.
* Support site managers with employee programs and services
* Coordinate and organize manager’s schedule and make appointments with admin software
* Greet scheduled visitors and conduct them to appropriate area or person
* Organize and maintain file system, files correspondence, and other records
* Answer and screen manager's telephone calls, give information to callers, and arrange conference calls
* Read and route incoming mail
* Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
* Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
* Conduct research, compile, and type statistical reports
* Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve, and prepare facilities, and record/transcribe minutes of meetings
* Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
* Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance

Experience:

** Associate degree from two-year College or technical school. One year related experience and/or training.
