Overview
As an Operations Associate for our OCIO entity, you will be responsible for executing operational tasks, assisting in data entry and transaction processing, and providing support for the Orion Platform. Collaboration and effective communication are key as you work with team members to achieve our operational goals. We seek someone with strong attention to detail and organizational skills to grow with us.
As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week:
Omaha, NE or Lehi, UT.

In This Role, You’ll Get To- Execute daily operational tasks
- Assist in data entry and processing transactions
- Resolve routine issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Provide basic support for the Orion Platform
- Is able to multi-task and has attention to detail
- Has effective individual and team collaboration
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Possess strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Possess problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Has less than one year experience
- Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization
$18.15 - $25.56
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
