Household Personal Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Household Personal Assistant to join the team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties along with coordinating scheduling and to do lists.

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential home, businesses, office location
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Assistance with laundry / dishes / packing
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Plan schedule appointments and events
• Greet/schedule/ assist onsite guests/contractor/etc
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other daily tasks needed for a successful flow and efficient day.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with Personal Assistant duties and working with othersi>
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Multitasker, open minded and ready to work in a fun environment
