Role Description
The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) leads CoDev’s Operations Business Unit (BU), driving excellence in service delivery and ensuring every customer experiences world‑class execution. This Executive has full operational, strategic, and financial ownership of the Operations BU, which provides high-quality back‑office, administrative, and professional support services. The BU helps companies build and manage exceptional support, operations, and financial teams across roles such as customer support specialists, virtual assistants (VAs), bookkeepers, accountants, and other non‑software development positions.
The CDO is responsible for scaling and optimizing the Operations BU—building high‑performing teams for clients, continuously improving service quality, and maximizing client satisfaction and retention. This leader works cross‑functionally to ensure the Operations BU delivers unmatched value, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the Operations BU aligned with CoDev’s mission and goals.
- Serve as the face of the Operations BU to internal and external stakeholders, representing CoDev at client meetings, events, and industry engagements.
- Drive a strategic roadmap for expanding services and refining delivery models across all support‑related roles.
- Own the revenue growth strategy and performance of the Operations BU.
- Identify and develop new verticals or functions within the support space (e.g., finance, logistics, admin ops).
- Lead conversion strategies to close new clients and upsell current ones.
- Champion customer‑centricity and ensure exceptional client onboarding and long‑term satisfaction.
- Improve BU systems and processes, including workforce management, client reporting, SOP development, and quality assurance.
- Ensure scalable delivery frameworks that support predictable results and client satisfaction.
- Strategic Leadership: Sets direction for the BU, aligning day‑to‑day operations with broader business goals while adapting to changing client needs and market dynamics.
- Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of support service delivery models and the ability to drive performance, scalability, and efficiency.
