Lehi, UT (Hybrid)

PAY RANGE: $25-$35/hr.

The Sales Commission Operations team is seeking a highly analytical team member to support the end-to-end commissions payout process for
*** sellers throughout the world. This role includes assisting with commission calculation audits, sending timely data to payroll, responding to commission queries, and a heavy focus on working on team projects that will drive process improvements and analytics reporting for our business partners. This is a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and working under strict deadlines.

What

You ll Do – Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systems
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly
  • Ensure controls are performed for accurate payout of commissions
  • Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
  • Assist with timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employees
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and updates to systems, processes, and analytics reporting
  • Maintain compensation-related data models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends
  • Support audits, data validation, and ongoing process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration and testing of compensation systems and tools
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, or another analytical role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Must be highly proficient with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan, and SQL
  • Familiarity with compensation structures or sales performance metrics a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and social skills required
  • Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
