Net Documents is seeking a highly skilled Renewal Specialist for our growing Customer Success Renewals Department. As a Renewal Specialist at Net Documents, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our subscription-based products and services. Reporting to the Renewals Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to protect Net Documents’ recurring revenue stream, help grow our customers’ annual revenue, and deliver world-class customer service experience that drives loyalty and satisfaction.

The right candidate will be comfortable working autonomously while at the same being an engaged teammate to other members on the Renewal Team and teammates from other departments.

The preferred daily working hours for this position are as follows:

• 8:00 am MT - 5:00 pm MT

• Taking ownership of a B2B Renewal portfolio where you will focus on maximizing Subscription/SaaS recurring revenues by ensuring accurate and timely renewals
• Comfortability with the high-level pressure of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal quotas
• Accurately forecasting, with explanation, your renewal portfolio to your manager, other members of customer success, and executives
• Working within  and other complimentary systems to build quotes, capture important customer details, reprice, upsell/cross-sell, manage your renewals, and generate leads
