Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction. This position will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects throughout Utah.

• B2W estimating software
• INSITE & AGTEK – earthwork calculation software
• MS Office Suite
• Computer Ease accounting software

• You are a professional with 7 years minimum in the Heavy Civil field.
• Extremely high level of integrity and very strong ethical behaviors.
• Proven track record of successful qualified proposals and contracts.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Handling multiple projects and multiple disciplines and tasks related to each project.
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have a strong desire to learn and grow and understand the best process for you to learn.
• A strong attention to detail; the devil is in the details they say.
• Self-motivated, self-starter.
• Fast paced and performance driven work environment.
• Strong emphasis on performance and accountability.
• Fluid team-oriented environment with support and collaboration.
• Must be able to show proof of age over 18.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
