We’re looking for a highly experienced Art Director to lead the creation, execution, and strategy of world‑class visual content for our partners. The role blends creative leadership, data‑driven strategy, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to deliver compelling assets that convert.
Key Responsibilities- Use creative expertise to identify problems and develop data‑driven solutions.
- Oversee and help design visual content within each client’s brand style guide.
- Direct a team of designers to execute visual concepts through final production.
- Present work to brands, presenting a strong design point of view with data‑driven strategy.
- Own large‑scale production projects that involve hundreds of deliverables.
- Create presentation materials to confidently pitch concepts to clients.
- Be involved in photo shoots, video shoots, shot lists, production, styling, etc.
- Develop comprehensive creative briefs for all production projects.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to build their design skills.
- BFA degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive graphic design work, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Advanced typography skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Google Suite, and MS Office.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple, large‑scale projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Styling interest or visual identity branding experience is a bonus.
- Experience in creative strategy or e‑commerce conversion optimization is a bonus.
- Proactively search for ways to solve problems for brands and internal teams.
- Follow through with all assignments in a timely manner.
