We’re building the operating system for high‑performing teams, and we’re looking for a Senior Content Producer to tell that story in a way that motivates, educates, and inspires.
About the RoleWe’re searching for a creative and deeply skilled Senior Content Producer to craft world‑class content that educates and activates audiences. In this role, you’ll own storytelling across formats—video, written, social, podcast, and more—translating Enzy’s mission and product vision into content that resonates. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to produce high‑impact narratives that help shape Enzy’s brand and drive market awareness.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a multi‑channel content strategy aligned to Enzy’s mission and business priorities.
- Own end‑to‑end production of high‑quality content: articles, videos, scripts, social content, thumbnails, presentations, executive thought leadership, and multimedia storytelling—from concepting and scripting to filming/recording, editing, and publishing.
- Manage and optimize an editorial calendar that supports launches, campaigns, and ongoing storytelling initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- Uphold Enzy’s brand voice, quality standards, and storytelling principles across all deliverables.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content production, editorial work, multimedia storytelling, or a related field.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional storytelling across formats (video, written, audio, social).
- Strong creative instincts paired with excellent writing, editing, and narrative skills.
- Experience leading content projects from concept to completion in fast‑paced environments.
- Familiarity with production tools and content systems.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and juggle multiple projects with ease.
- Creative thinker comfortable working from loose direction—able to take an abstract idea and bring it to life with clarity and creativity.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, D2D sales, or creating content for sales/revenue teams.
