• Meet membership sales goals.
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

• 15 hours a week with a set schedule, including Saturday shifts.
• Occasionally help on another shift when required.
