Massage Lu Xe  is seeking a Spa Associate for Saratoga Springs, Draper, and South Jordan location

Saratoga Springs:

Monday 8:30-5:00pm Tuesdays 5:00-9:00pm Wednesday 8:30-5:00pm Thurday 5:00-9:00 pm

Saturdays 9:30-6:00pm Sundays 9:30am- 1:00pm

Draper:

Monday
- Friday 8:30-5:00pm.

Saturday and Sunday 9:30-6:00pm

South Jordan:

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm

OPEN AVAILABILITY:
Days, Nights & Weekends

Our Hours of operation are M-F 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sat/Sun 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM

You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  • Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Team player
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application and basic accounting principles.
  • Flexible schedules. (Must be able to work some weekend shifts)
  • Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Required)
  • Weekend Shift (Required)
  • Flexibility about shifts (Monday-Friday 9AM-9PM Saturday and Sunday 10AM-6PM)
